Geek squad is always there to help and complete every transaction.

We brought in our Apple computer because it was having problems. Best Buy Geek Squad is easier to deal with then the Apple store. Our Geek knew his business and fixed every problem that we went in to fix and a couple that he found. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND TOLD THE MANAGER SO.

I first bought the Etreme2 at $70. It kept losing connection. I then jumped up to the Plantronis 5220 or something like that, at $130. That worked great, but hurt my ear. So I ended up trying the Classic. I can honestly say it works great. Great bang for your buck. Drains out a good amount of background noise. With the Jabra software, it can read aloud text messages and the names of the sender. The only thing I don't like is it will not announce the caller's name, even though it's listed under features. I've tried messing with the settings and the Jabra software. Still, no caller name announcement. Just the same tone that Jabra has used for the past ten years. Still a great buy.

Geek Squad is a good service to have in case something goes wrong. A staple of Best Buy.

Geek Squad was able to replace the battery in my iPhone with no trouble at all. The service was fast, they were able to install everything with no trouble. They communicated with me any time I had a question, and were able to get it back to me sooner than anticipated.

The most famous consumer tech-support service is undoubtedly Best Buy's Geek Squad. Geek Squad is also arguably the most polished computer-help service, offering not only online help, but in-store and at-home repair services, too. It's also the least-expensive service I've tested and includes a license for top-notch security software. Geek Squad technicians, on the whole, delivered the best results among the services tested, and they didn't pester me to purchase additional products.

I just love the fact you deal 100 percent with Best Buy with any Geek Squad coverage there’s no gimmicks its worth every penny especially if your getting a high priced item that can be defective after the manufacture warranty expires. It always seems like the manufacturers know just how long to make the warranty last to seem like its a solid quality product then boom you’ve got to get a replacement. Always cover yourself with Geek Squad you will be so thankful you did.

I just got insurance on my battery thing I’m most likely going to exchange it or return it being as it doesn’t work that good anymore

Not needed on every purchase, but definitely makes sense on some. The replacement plan overlaps most manufacturer warranties, and in some cases, doesn't offer much more protection than the manufacturer warranty. A flat screen TV, whose biggest risk will be the occasional dust bunny migration, may not be a good candidate for the replacement plan. But mobile products; headsets, music players, phones, and similar products are perfect candidates for the protection plan. If it gets handled regularly, spends time outdoors, or is within reach of kids, get the plan!
