You’ve got to be an idiot if you don’t put geek squad on any product that you bye let me tell you the difference between geek squad protection plan and someplace like target. My baby mama bought some beat headphones for my stepdaughter from target, my stepson broke them in half because that’s just the kind of little kid he is. And when we went to deal with their protection plan for target it was such a pain in the butt . The things I have to do in order to get it service was ridiculous I had to call people wait on hold have them send me a shipping package that I still had to pay for and a bunch of other stuff that really made it not worth dealing with it at all. But when you have GeekSquad you literally can walk into the store with the product shattered in 1 million Little pieces and they were either give you a new one Or send it out to get fixed on the spot.

They're always helpful and are willing to solve any problems with a smile and knowledge.

I couldn't have been more satisfied with the geek squad product replacement warranty I purchased. I had a jabra blue tooth ear piece that just wasn't a good product. It began to fail and wouldn't work properly so I brought it back and exchanged it for another of the same brand/model. Well I experienced the very same problems with that one as well. So I brought that one back as well and Best Buy not only let me exchange it for a less expensive alternative, but even credited my debit card the difference in price from the one I bought 2 months earlier. So needless to say I purchased another 2 year warranty for my new Plantronics M-95 blue tooth ear piece. The geek squad product replacement warranty is WELL WORTH IT!

It never fails, if you don't get the warranty and it breaks. You're just out the money $$$$.

I absolutely recommend adding on the geek squad replacement to your products! Especially when it comes to mouses, keyboards, controllers, gaming controllers and etc because you can exchange it if something goes wrong with the product and or upgrade it and pay the difference or get a store credit for the amount you bought the item for minus the warranty cost you added on because it’s being for those three options.

I am a person that likes an extended warranty if it makes sense. Since I know just enough to be dangerous, I prefer to let the experts repair my computer, etc. Geek Squad is a perfect solution for me.

Great customer support for all my electronic purchases from best buy and allows me to rest at ease, knowing that i can get service on my products. I always can rely on Geek Squad snd i always purchase it because. "It is better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it."

This service is the best, when you buy a product, you should always get the warranty

I wrote this in a previous review but on my Apple TV in specific which got burnt up in a lightning storm because I live in a older home with older wiring my Apple TV was replaced at no cost. The only downside is I did have to take it in to Best Buy to let them look at it first before they actually sent me to the Apple Store to have it replaced. Otherwise, 5/5!
