Great service, this means you can anytime (within 2 years) exchanged or replaced your item, working or not working, coz you are insured. I used always for my Plantronics Legend bluetooth,(and other bestbuy toys) coz I'm really heavy user, monthly around 7 000 minutes on phones, while driving truck for long or short distance.

This is one of the best deals I've seen come along in a while from Best Buy. I love the hassle-free support on the product, it was worth the price, and it gives you peace of mind. It has paid for itself. Fast and accurate support when an issue arise.

Very happy I took the GEEK SQUAD Service out. I will be using them for future projects and purchases. When they came out for the first service call they were very professional, knowledgeable,and used all the safety protocols for themselves and for myself. They got the job done in timely fashion.

I highly recommend buying the warranty as I have used it multiple times and never had to pay out of pocket and I even get my 2 year warranty back to start over every time I have to replace my blue tooth as they prorate the time you have had the warranty. These headset need a warranty as they start to loose battery life after a year or so and if anything should every go wrong with it you get a free replacement!

I recently returned a Bluetooth ear piece under warranty and, purchased a new, upgraded ear piece to replace it. Just paying for the difference between the cost of my last ear piece and the new one. Since the warranty worked out for me the first time, I decided to buy an extended warranty on my new ear piece as well. There's a lot that can go wring with sophisticated electronics so, just makes sense to me.

I normally purchase a plan on items over $50 dollar...especially anything over $100 you definitely would benefit from a protection plan. It's no hassle when returning a defected, broken, or just not happy with the product.

I love my geek squad team. What I enjoy the best is that they tell me what can and can't be fixed on the spot and they don't waste my time. If I have to drop off I do so and if I don't, I just simply wait for my computer. Such a relief.

We would be lost without this plan, the people are are so very friendly and know just what they are doing, could not ask for better service then this. Plus well worht the money sent.

We have purchased the geek squad protection on so many items without batting an eye. It is well worth the up front expense (which is usually not much at all). Geek squad has fixed issues with a laptop at no charge, and replaced 2 items that showed defects while covered - with brand new items right off the shelf! They didn’t fix a Fitbit, they REPLACED it on the spot! So worth the $

I have never regretted getting this insurance. Always get it!

As long as a product can get the 2 year geek squad product replacement, get it, I used it this time when I went to exchange my megaboom for a megablast, but after getting the megablast, they told me that there was not a replacement plan available for it!!!, I only have the 2 year manufacture one, but if there was one with best buy, there's no doubt that I should have took it…

I feel the need to say that the Geek Squad coverage for BT headsets is an exceptional value. I'm careful with my headsets, but every once and a while one will inexplicably fail. The Geek Squad protection has come through on any of the headsets that died on me for no apparent reason with no hassles. I wouldn't just recommend this to a friend, I'd recommend it to anyone.
