    I don't know what I'd do with Geek Squad. They have cleaned my systems, helped install programs and removed virus. They are a God Send.

    Already had to use it, Best Buy gave me money to buy the new model. I would say with kids, the warranty is a must get.

    Purchased this extended warranty on my new tablet. I'm prone to drop things. I've needed to put in claims on other devices in the past and was pleased with the support. Hope I won't need to use this, but good to know I'm covered!
