    Insurance is insurance and I never have used it. Just as well to buy a new pad every few years if you are willing to take a chance and can afford a new one every few years.

    Their protection plan is worth buying. I don't have to worry if something were to happen with my product. I just take it in and the geek squad will fix it.

    Geeksquad looked at my kincle hd 10 because the front is broke (glass) but i haven't had fixed yet due to the down time i would have to go through to get it fixed....
