We r seniors & have had this service for several years Great help when we need it However, do not like having to make an appointment to get help This may cause us to not keep this service in the future

Since this was for my son I loved that it was protected from many of damages thankful I havent used it yet.

They take car of you great, if you are prone to accidents this is a great buy, but if you break it 1 day put of warranty, you are out of luck. No way for them to work with you on it.
