That said, the warranty gives me real peace of mind, knowing that if something like a motor glitch or water damage from unexpected rain happens, I’m not on the hook for expensive repairs. I appreciate how the plan includes coverage for accidental damage, which feels tailored to something mobile like this. The only minor downside is the upfront cost, which added a noticeable chunk to the total, but for a higher-end scooter, it seems worth it to avoid potential headaches down the line. If you’re investing in e-mobility gear, I’d suggest adding this protection—it’s straightforward and reassuring.

Got this for my son for College to get around on Campus. He loves it! The speed is just right. It has cute little turn signals, headlights and a horn. Lol

My son and i love riding these scooters. We have a blast. It def goes the distance some days i ride it in to the city from Atlantic terminal over the Brooklyn Bridge into downtown Manhattan and back on one charge.

Always great buy , my first scooter died out on me after 6 months but with the insurance on it i was out to get my money back and use it to a new better scooter and i made sure to purchase the 2 year protection for it as well

I will review this twice due to the fact I ain’t been able to use my geek squad. Haven’t had a problem with any of my products but not saying that one day I might not have a problem. I always had a great experience with Best Buy customer service. I don’t feel that they will let me down but you never know as of now they’ve always been good to me so I’m giving them a five star.

Cover my sons bike for 2 years if something goes wrong with it makes it worth it even more

Having the store warranty gives me the ease of just returning or replacing our purchase easily and without a question nor inconvenience. On high value items, I strongly recommend getting the store warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty due to its convenience and hassle-free returns or replacement.

This was a gift for my children I bought it for black Friday and gave it to them for my daughter birthday I buy all my children something for everyone birthday

The throttle is sticky and lurches when you turn it up. Otherwise pretty good. My boyfriend drives it and it dowsnt bother him so we kept it. He is over 175lbs and can get up a pretty steep hill at 7mph.

I always book a appointment with qeek squad and i go to the store they either fix it or replace it within a couple of days.

Great value for the extended warranty, just incase something happens to the electric scooter or battery. Replacement cost would be more than the warranty cost
