I have never been disappointed when I walked into a best buy. When my son needed a computer for his first year of college he received exactly what he was looking for.So yes I can say it was our BEST BUY

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

It just arrived, I installed it and everything was as expected, great image quality, sound. The perfect installation process, the TV does everything almost by itself, I recommend it to all those who are lovers of good things in terms of quality-price, I recommend that two people assemble it due to the weight and safety

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

I’ve had extremely good luck with extended warranties. I’ve gotten a replacement for every item I purchased the plan for! The one TV I didn’t get one for, just burned me! It was a top of the line Sony and the repair estimate was $10,000.00!!! Buy the warranty. It’s worth every penny.

I keep my Geek Squad Protection plan as an on going safety net for all of my electronic gear. At age 80, I have no interest in doing this kind of stuff on my own. It is really great to know that these guys are on the ball and know what they are doing, I have had to use the "plan" at least four times a year, and have been consistently by the thoughtful staff who have either over the phone, on line, or in the store have walked me through some technical problem AND solved the problem and gotten me back to work. As a "senior", I really appreciate the skill and courtesy of their staff.
