1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.

It just arrived, I installed it and everything was as expected, great image quality, sound. The perfect installation process, the TV does everything almost by itself, I recommend it to all those who are lovers of good things in terms of quality-price, I recommend that two people assemble it due to the weight and safety

First I bought a top-of-the-line LG TV and I didn’t get a warranty because I didn’t think I would need it with a beautiful TV as that. sure enough 11 months into the TV the back light tube went out. And it would’ve costed more to fix than it would be to buy a new one so I bought a new TV this time I paid $80 for five year warranty which I thought was stupid for doing until 4 years later when the TV broke and thank god I got that $80 Warranty cuz it saved my but. so if you’re going to spend all that money on a nice TV I can promise u it’s well worth every extra penny to get a warranty. Even if just for peace of mind alone

I actually worked at bestbuy years ago and protection plans were a hard sell, they are extremely expensive and rarely used, but as an ex employee i also saw customers come in and buy their dream TV just to have a storm pop it a week later, or the most memorable story was a child pouring juice all over a tv as the mom was unpacking it. It’s a sad conversation to have when you know someone has been saving for something and it’s gone in seconds and theirs really nothing you can do. It’s like buying your dream car, wrecking it and taking it back to the dealer and asking for another.... I HATE BUYIJG PROTECTION PLANS but I do it every time now. One day one of these plans is going to pay for all of the plans I’ve ever bought.

Always recommend getting geek squad warraty! Its a no brainer!

Great service, protection is always a good idea. And most TV’s and appliances should work for minimum five years and this helps ensure it does so.

If you can’t afford buying another device if it broke, you could get this. Don’t blame a toddler for something you could have prevented!!!!

I'm so glad best buy offers warranty on their items. I always purchase the extra warranty and dont have any complaints. On my last tv purchase, i had to use the warranty because the tv started to have issues. Long story short the part did not fix the issue and the tv was no longer being sold so i got a partial credit for the tv. Something is better than nothing and this was after the 12 months but still within the 2 year warranty.
