Whenever I have tech issues, I can easily contact them and get help over the phone or make an appointment to see someone in person. They really do help you try to resolve computer issues and answers your questions. I also contact Best buy corporate for geek squad help and everyone was so professional and nice.

Geek squad protection plan

Geek squad tried a repair which didn’t work so they replaced the tv with a new G3 77” oled. I would recommend this plan (which I got again on this tv)

I will try to buy open box on most items, with the warranty it usually pays for the difference while protecting my investment.

Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

But due to so many power outages where I live, I choose to play safe with my Sony. I previously gad for an LG and used once, and it’s a very good warranty.
