    Good people but not easy to get in touch

    The agents who actually came in to help were good at what they did and were reasonable and good to talk to and help me with my problems. The only problem i have with them is getting in touch with them was way too time consuming. I had to call 2 different hotlines which took over 3 hours to get in touch with an actual human being then eventually was told to call another hotline I gave up and scheduled an appointment online which after another 3 hours of waiting finally got me in touch with someone who could help me. Again the service is great, but it might take you an entire day just to get the help.

    Highly valuable protection for low, nominal cost.

    After spending over a grand on a 55 inch Sony Oled tv, the 5 year protection is a MUST HAVE for added peace of mind. This gives you an additional 4 years after the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expires. To me, this was a "no brainer" and since the TV was on sale with 900 dollars off the MSRP, the 5 year plan even cost me less.

    Geek Squad TV delivery and install new TV mount

    The guys delivered new tv..installed new tv mounting bracket, worked very clean and efficient

    I really hate the geek squad when it comes to cell phones, but, my TV experience with geek squad was exceptional. They were quick, and had some options I wanted at a super low price. They were also ready to take care of my situation, before I was, that is quick service

    Very good quality tv and the 65” fit out layout nicely. Tv remote is a little slow or maybe its the UI but I use apple tv so I dont have to deal with that too much. It does have shortcut buttons for netflix, prime video and disney+ on the remote which is nice. It only has two hdmi ports which sucks for a big tv

    Geek Squad is the best friend to any big purchase you make. You got questions, concerns they are here for you. I have never had a problem and have purchased Geek Squad with all my Best Buy purchases that I know I will use daily.

    Geek Squad Service Warranty

    I normally am conflicted, should I purchase the warranty or not? Save some money? Boy was I glad to have made the purchase. The fees associated with repair/replace the item exceeded the amount for Geek Squad warranty. I highly recommend everyone consider this warranty to cover your purchases.

    Persistence makes perfect

    They had to come several times to fix the problem with a controller and could have done a better job with education on use of item but overall they performed well on fixing my problem. THe third visit technician was very knowledgeable and permanently fixed the difficulty with the remote controller and there was no extra charge for the last two visit. If you use them don’t be afraid to call them back if not working perfect.

    I purchased this along with a 50 inch LG 4K TV. We got the TV as a replacement for one that ceased to work. Fortunately, we had purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan on our previous TV as well. Best Buy took care of everything, they shipped our old TV to their repair shop and once they determined it was not repairable, they gave me the replacement value of the TV covered under the plan. It was a no brainer to purchase this plan on the new TV. Highly recommended!

    I always get my Best Buy items covered with Geek Squad. However, the turn around to have something repaired needs be improved upon. I have an 82 QLED, that failed on my on the 11th month of the manufacturer warranty. So I'm at the mercy of Samsung throwing parts at it and Geek Squad scheduling appointments until the issue is resolved. By the time the techs come back out to my house it will be two months of waiting.

    It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell
