I highly recommend getting the Protection on your electronics!!

Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

The crews are very patient and nice. Though it took some time to get all issue resolved, I am very happy that Geek Squad provide protection to my TV purchase and offered the best outcome

Due to scheduling/personnel shortages/general societal chaos etc it took a full week before anyone could get out to help us. I do not blame GS in any way. Once Steve arrived everything was taken care of in minutes. The entire process was explained and all will be well in just a few hours.

I love geek service, but i dont think I needed it for my lg g3 tv. So i canceled it

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

This service is a must when you buy a BIG tv. They will pick it up and bring you a new one Mine is 100” and heavy

Warranty price was very welcoming and a no brainer

Usually I stay away from warranties; however, Geek Squad warranties are the exception. Highly recommend spending the coin if you are buying something expensive.

Several times in recent weeks when I purchased my merchandise I make sure I get the geek squad I've been with Best buy for over 13 years and geek squad does a excellent job when it comes down to taking care of customers merchandise so if you don't have that warranty make sure you get that warranty because geek squad will take care of you

Geek Squad projection is well worth the purchase. I used it for a TV I had for 4 1/2 years. I wish it was a little more simple use the protection though. I couldn’t bring TV in store. I had to wait for a service tech to come to my house which to took over a week. After tech came to my house later that day I was able to go to Best Buy and pick out a new TV with the credit they gave me for the old TV.
