The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.

My computer froze up and I really needed it complete my taxes. I made an account, set up the Geek Squad Membership, and in less than an hour I was back in business.

I bought this to protect my OLED TV. Best Buy has the only warranty that protects against burn-in, which is the greatest problem with OLED TVs. This will give me piece of mind. Although, I would like to give this five stars just for the potential coverage, I will not know how good the coverage is until I need it. The coverage was expensive, so I can only give it four stars for now.

excellent warranty had a problem with the tv i had bought they checked it out said it couldnt be fixed gave me credit and i bought a different tv im very happy with

I had Geek Squad protection years ago when I bought a few things from Best Buy so when I went to purchase some things recently I updated Buy Geek protection selection very happy with it I actually had to use it at least once or twice in the past when I had some problems with products that I bought from Best Buy and have a Geek Squad protection definitely save me a lot of money

I had to use this with my last TV, so I will be purchasing these going forward when I buy a new TV
