This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

The geek squad was on the phone trouble shooting what was wrong with our first TV. With his help he discovered that the first set had a problem with the picture elements.

I love the laptop, like to keep them as long as possible, and this seemed prudent. I mean, I really like the laptop (Samsung Book2 360 13" screen).

I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

TVs are great i e had for 2 yrs (knocking on wood as i say this) i have had no problems with them at all. Awesome picture quality and great volume. Easy to set up to internet and even easier to set up chrome cast for family movie night.

The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

Great protection plan, love the geek squad. Bought the 5 year warranty for the new tv that was replaced by them when I had 2 year plan on old tv that died just before the 2 years. Highly recommend hassle free fast service.

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.
