We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product

We purchased a Microwave for our granddaughter going to college. It was reasonably priced and she was happy that shew had coverage during her next 4 years at college.

Fast service, knowledgeable staff! Every time I had any questions anyone I spoke with was more than polite to help!

The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.

Always get the extended warranty. This is my third TV that I’ve been able to use the warranty value toward a new TV.

I have always purchased coverage for my electronics (pricey ones) I have had great experiences with Geek Squad protection. MY son has had to replace his Laptop 2 times because of breakage and both times it was covered they were $1200.00 Laptops. Mine was also replaced $800.00 no charge. The cost of the protection for physical damage isn't cover with the manufacturers guarantee, but it is with Geek Squad.

Fantastic tv with beautiful picture quality. Yes, there are better quality screens on the market but they carry price tags at least 5x what this was. Great upgrade for me, expect it to last me the next several years

I have the plan in case I need it, these days products last a lot longer than in the past.

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I really like my sound bar. Great sound quality for a reasonable price. Makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater.

I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.
