Got to have protection on all of your products that you buy it's the best thing ever that Best Buy can offer

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

They are very helpful. Always know exactly what to do and get the problem solved.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

The geek squad is an exceptionally good value. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of their work. I only use them to service my computers because they always do a better job than in-house personnel. I've had trouble loading software due to a glitch in the software itself.

Having access to support from Geek Squad agents is always a plus!

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I have no problem picking up the Geek Squad Protection when I am investing in something significant - like this new 55-inch Sony 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. In today's world, where technology becomes obsolete so quickly - having five years of protection gives me the peace of mind I will be covered in case anything goes wrong during the "life" of my TV. Because in five years, I'll probably be buying a new one anyway.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

Geek squad is a great option to add on your electronics. I use them for years already and always works for me. The good thing is after 3 or 4 years if it breaks they will give you the store card and you just get back on again with new toy.

The agent was so patient & helpful. Answered all my queries. Took so much time with me. I really felt like a valued customer.

Nice to know i have a warranty for 2 years. Last tv i had lasted a little over a year from a box store.

Very reassuring to have the extended 5 year home protection plan for my 65" LG OLED TV. Anything goes wrong and Geek Squad will come to my home to repair without me having to take such a large item back in to the store. Definitely worth the additional cost for this coverage.

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

I purchased a samsung 4k TV back in August of 2016 and out of nowhere it went out in January in 2021. Luckily I had a 5 year product replacement plan on the TV. I was able to have the TV replaced and was given a full refund by best buy.

Although it took alot of holding of the phone & waiting in line at the store, all in all, I'd recommend this protection plan. If it weren't for the 2 year plan we purchased, I'd have to fork out at least $500 for a TV comparable to the one we had that just gave out. Instead, we received a $400 gift card to use towards a new one. I paid $150 out of pocket for the difference. Not bad at all. In fact, this time around I paid for the 5 year protection plan. It could use some streamlining as far as customer service is concerned but still worth the trouble I went through.

Just always get this. Its saved my @** so many times, with tvs, speakers, headsphones. Just spend the money, its worth it.
