I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

I bought this plan for my 55" LG CX OLED because it specifically states that it protects my purchase from burn-in. I had the opportunity to purchase the same TV for cheaper (after taxes) from AAFES but their plan does NOT cover burn-in.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

Good extended warranty for a good price hopefully I’ll never have to use it

Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good

My TV was one day away from being out of geek squad warranty but they honored it and I was able to get a new TV easily. It did take a couple of phone calls and some emails back-and-forth but no one gave me any trouble or pushback. I highly recommend geek squad protection for anyone’s purchases!

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

We love the service we get with Geek Squad, they are professional and will take the time to trouble shoot your problem. If they cannot fix it they will replace it. I’ve been using Geek Squad for over 20 years. They are dependable and keep you posted on the status of your repair or if applicable, your replacement.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.
