I purchased this for a 70" television I bought from Best Buy. I will have 5 years of coverage. I have had several of these plans before but only had to use one on a Yuneec drone I got a couple of years ago. If they are as nice with my TV plan as they were with the drone I should have no problems.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

Always get the extended warranty. This is my third TV that I’ve been able to use the warranty value toward a new TV.

Got this for piece of mind. Hope I don't ever have to use it but have it just incase. Why not when you spend almost $2k on a TV, you want that extra coverage

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

Great price for warranty, best and affordable warranty cost

This is a new TV so we haven't had to call geek squad on it. But I bought a TV for another family member recently, and purchased the geek squad protection. It was well worth it they came out to their apartment and took care of the issue. It was a factory defect and Best Buy stood behind The geek squad coverage

2 year protection plan is great! I don't normally need them, as after doing a bit of research helps me buy a quality product, but if something does happen....you get a gift card for the actual cost of the item that no longer functions to be used for whatever you want from Bestbuy!

The agent was so patient & helpful. Answered all my queries. Took so much time with me. I really felt like a valued customer.

Haven't had to use it. Will use if need to. I know other people who have used it and said that they wre please with them.

Excellent picture and size. Works well for Play station also.

It’s worth it for the price. You will need to get the geek squad in case something happens to the TV or anything that you buy so it’s worth it.

Oh the peace that 5-years without having to worry about paying for television repairs brings. Replaced my 2015 Samsung with the 2020 Samsung because it’s screen was going bad. Wished I had bought this security back then, but I never thought I’d need it. I knew better when I bought the new tv.

Our first large screen TV developed an issue after only 3 years. It had to be replaced. The last two years, we had multiple visits from Geek Squad trying to keep TV working. Finally bought a new one and bought this program because large screens not as reliable and require more maintenance....

Geek squad always up to the task and gives me a sense of comfort knowing my items are always protected!

Best product to buy really loved it . Total value for money

I had a problem with my tv. A part was ordered by symptom over the phone. When I received the part a technician came out and installed the part. It did not repair the problem. The tv was actually replaced with a tv with a larger screen and better features than my set. I am completely satisfied.

I would definitely get this just in case if you need them.

I really like my sound bar. Great sound quality for a reasonable price. Makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater.
