Geek Squad is great, making an appt is not easy and it was canceled twice, there is no way to just get a new appt time, also language barrier is a problem. But actual techs were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, thanks to Paul and company!

After the bad experience i had with my first tv i brought from best buy i almost didn't buy another one.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I always but the protection plans. I have a kid that can be hard on his electronics and this covers everything.

I have not used the Geek Squad on this tv yet but I have on past purchases and have always been pleased. That is why I bought the service for this TV.

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

I bought the 5 year protection plan and hope I never have to use it for my Sony tv but just in case the geek squad protection plan is as good as it gets from Best Buy.

This only cost $20 and since replacing it would cost a lot more than the original price of my open-box, on-sale TV, I figured it was worth it. I don't usually add this type of insurance, but for an open box TV, it seemed reasonable. I would recommend this to someone who also got an open box or a refurbished TV to be on the safe side!

Had a small problem, getting my TV to set up, they came out and helped with the final installation! Same day even!

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

Great deal for a protection plan. Highly recommend especially if you’re forking out a lot of money.

Best extended coverage on the market in my opinion. The first OLED tv I owned suffered from Screen burn in. This is the only coverage I know of that covers burn in. They replaced my TV with the same or newer model. If you are making a high dollar purchase make sure to protect it.

I've purchased this service since buying my 1st computer 15 years ago and renewed constantly because at my age I don't understand nor do I have the knowledge to figure out my 'BooBoo's without the help from Geek Squad...Thank You Geek Squad!

If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.
