I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

Usually I will always add the geek squad warranty. It has paid off many times. Especially on my gaming keyboards and fitness watches.

Havent had to use it yet but have had a good experience with geek squad in the past.

I purchased the extended warranty as I’m single and know nothing about electronics. I consider it an insurance policy on my mental health!

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

It’s good to have protection on your items that you purchase, because accident do happen.

You can not go wrong with the geek squad, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Strongly recommend getting a warrenty with them for every purchase.

The best warranty in the business hands down. If buying an expensive product, well worth spending a little extra for the extended warranty. Especially worth it for oled tvs.

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

When you consider that any television over 50" must be serviced in the house (can't be returned to the store for service). This 5 year warrantee for $50 was an easy purchase.

I had a previous 5 year warranty on my old TV. The picture went bad 1 month before the warranty expired. I was handled professionally all the way. New TV, installation and programming of my universal remote, everything for free. Great warranty.

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

The guarantee is excellent. Customer service is very good and friendly. Having the guarantee is having peace of mind, I know that my purchase is a protected one
