Bought it opened box to save money as my old one went out works just like new I'm happy with it

I have had 2 other TVs go bad in just over the factory warranty. At least this way I get some of my money back and of course if something happens sooner then they will repair and/or replace faster than the manufacturer.

There’s no other warranty that i put faith in as Bestbuy puts out quality . I’ve had there warranties on all my Tvs, Appliances, Refrigerator and the way all things are made can’t trust , Nothing like USA made but will have 100% trust .

I bought an inexpensive smart tv for my grandkids to use in our garage. So far so good, but I thought insurance would be a good idea, and the price was right.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my smart tv for $59 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it . Where now paying $59 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think thats a no brainer.

Excellent product and I will continues to buy electronics from best buy and fantastic customer service representatives.

The agents installed my TV on the wall and connected it to the new sound bar. I am very pleased with the agents. The were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have used Geek Squad for over 10 years and am always satisfied.

Really comes in handy for technical difficulties and saves a lot of money when in need of a replacement. Very informal and patient.

Purchased the 2 year protection, but have not had to use it. Have had great response with this service in the past so felt it was a must.

Yes a must have for any investment! Theres also a membership you can get for geek squad on all your items instead of buying them individually with each item.

Geek Squad product protection plans are a MUST! It's great having the this plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well. I always buy a protection plan with items I purchase from Best Buy. It's such a great service offered!

The Geek Squad are attentive and they know what they are doing. I always go to them when I have any trouble with my electronics.

Took out the 2 year protection because of past mistakes I did not purchase it and it resulted in the need to buy another 75" tv.

It gives me much peace of mind that the TV I bought for my father has a fix or replace coverage for the next 5 years. The cost works out to a couple of drinks from Starbucks per year. VERY affordable coverage that can be redeemed at many stores. I live in a different county than my parents. TV problems, there's a store 5 minutes away from them!

Because we got this TV for my parents, we thought it wise to get them the protection package as well! Am grateful we have that safety plan in place for whatever might happen!

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

When I first got this five year warranty. I was skeptical but it was a 70 inch screen TV and I thought if Something Happens in five years at least I can get a new one. And sure enough before the five year warranty was up I had a new TV.

Hands down, best purchase! This is our second tv in this style. We knew we wanted another bc the 1st one was so easy to function.
