Our tv power supply stopped working. Geek spuad was fast and Professional. The people who came to work on my tv had a good attitude and liked there job 10 out of 10

My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

Best buy warranty are cost effective and straight forward. When purchasing an OLED tv, the warranty cover screen burn, which I consider essential coverage for an OLED tv

I haven't needed the Geek Squad yet but it's nice to know they are there if I need them.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase the protection or not. I started to think about the replacement cost if something were to break. I purchased it and I’m happy that I did.

I purchase my 5yr warranty for this TV before have too go online you read everything l need too know. We must not forgive too take carere of the customers needs l dont agree with all the new rules because l'm over 60. Idont need the Robot to run my life

I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

The Geeks are Great. Cleaned up the little mess. Made sure I knew how to......... Completely dazzled by their service

Haven’t needed to use this and hopefully won’t. But I wished I had it on my last television that went out after a year and a half. Could have saved hundreds of dollars.

Thet take care of the issue at hand.....Buy it as a membership, and all your purchases are covered, instead of purchasing it for each item.....Im almost 100% You guys are awesome!!!!!!

Best Buy's customer service has always been tops when I've ever had issues with any products purchased with the available extra warranties, plus the manufacturers warranty. It's Best to Buy the extra protection, from Best Buy!!

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.
