Love geek squad warranties.Anytime I have a issue with a product I'm able to return it to the store and the customer service rep returns the items for me.

I haven’t used them yet, but I’m confident that if I need to call them they will get the job done.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

After finding a great deal on a new 3D TV, I wanted to make sure it would be in working condition for w long time. The terms of this protection were pretty favorable but with a steep pricey tag. Nevertheless we went ahead and purchased it. Looking forward to using our TV with no worries for the next 5 yrs!

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!
