Well I had other products I had bought from Best buy anf they always keep there word on warranty

The quality of the tv is great and i love how they shipped it to my houseand let me know when it was gonna arrive!

I hope i never have to use this but it is a nice feature to have. Figure it was better to have it in case. Replacing a new TV can get expensive

I usually dont get the protection for anything, but since I saved so much money on the open box item I decided to get the protection so for whatever reason my gf TV will be repaired or replaced with little to no hassle. and since its added to your account dont really need to keep receipts since they can look you up in the system.

My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

I Buy all my Appliances And electronics from best buy because always have great customer service and if you compare the price for the extended warranty Best Buy has the best price along with no hassle if you ever need to use your extended warranty that is why I been a customer at best buy for twenty years.

Bestbuy had the only extended warranty that I saw specifically for OLED burn-in, which is always a possibility. This gives me peace of mind after buying a very expensive TV

TV was mounted by a friend. Have used Geek Squad in the past.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

I haven't used the geek squad and hopefully I wont ha e too.

Especially after reading other reviews on this tv and considering the great price, the cost of Geek Squad was minimal and provides peace of mind.
