Geek squad service is a must have for me. They are top notch and are very professional. A must have service for me.

I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

I haven't taken advantage of the service yet but it is good to have the peace of mind.

I purchased for a minimal fee a warranty on the TV. I feel confident that Best Buy will stand behind their warranty.

I usually don't buy service warranty, however I chose to for this 65 inch TV. Mainly it offers in house service so no need to box up and send out. Knock on wood no need to use it so far. I like to call it Insurance.

Great graphics for The price. Its also nice how they have the quick pick options for a few apps on the remote

We had black lines on our Samsung TV so we called and they arranged for us to have a new TV delivered and installed and the old one taken away. It's based on current value so we ended up choosing a larger 4k Sony and just paid the difference. Customer service was really easy to work with.

If it is broken then they can do their best to fix it. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and easy to understand.

I refuse to purchase any item now a days without an extended warranty, due to the fact that most items are built with quality in mind first before the profit being made so with tailgate being said an Best Buy extended warranty will ensure you that you at least get your money's worth.

Why WOULDN'T you buy this when you've already spent money for an expensive television? Even though it's mounted on the wall, one never knows what might happen. For us, it's worth every penny to have piece of mind.

It's help to know where i can get my flat screen tv fix in the future

I bought a 55inch Hisense TV after the Vizio 65 inch TV broke. The Geek Squad came to the rescue.

With this additional purchase added on to my TV, I can get protection kind of like an insurance just in case the TV has a short and its wiring or inexplicably doesn't work anymore before my two years time is up with it.

Geek squad has been such a help!! Wish i had gotten it sooner.. best buy has yet to let me down!

We got this protection for our 55 in flat screen tv. We have three kids so getting a protection plan was a must. One little mishap could destroy the TV and knowing I'm protected makes me have a sense of safeness with my investment.
