I feel safe knowing I have coverage fo my new tv everyone should get coverage for their tv it takes the weigh off of you from worrying to much

Purchased Geek Squad Protection Plan, sometimes a deciding factor when purchasing item of a greater value.
Great people and Team of experts at Best Buy! Not always needed, which is a good thing, but beyond any product's warranty and experiencing problems, they come and repair products on-site and if parts become unavailable, they will replace it with a new product. I can only speak highly of Geek Squad Services.

It's essential to have this protection because you never know if a device will be good or not. It may come with a manufacturing defect that isn't usually noticed at first, but after a certain amount of use, a problem arises. That's what Geek squad protection is for. They help you and determine if the device needs to be replaced or repaired. Very good service. Thanks, Geek Squad!

I haven’t had to use my Geek Squad protection yet, but having it definitely gives me peace of mind. Especially given how well the installation went.

When I bought my 50 inch Toshiba approximately 5-6 years ago I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty. I don't normally purchase these warranty because most times it is just as cheap to buy a new replacement. I forgot about purchasing the warranty. At about 4 years I started noticing wide darker bands of color running from side to side along the top, bottom, and through the middle of the TV. I went to my Best Buy account on line to see how old the TV was and then found out I had the extended warranty. Originally Geek Squad was going to replace the entire panel but, the TV was no longer being produced. I was given a code and told to bring the TV to my local Best Buy and everything would be taken care of. Best Buy refunded me the entire purchase price of the TV including the sales tax. With that I was able to purchase a larger TV and yes I did purchase a Geek Squad extended warranty for the new TV. Unlike most places fortunately I didn't need the original purchase receipt. One of the smartest decisions I have made as far as extended warranties goes.
