I took to the Geek Squad. They said it couldn't be repaired. I got all my money and put towards my dream TV LG OLED, So, I bought another. Highly recommend it. It was worth every penny.

The geek squad came immediately & exchanged it. I was wonderfully pleased. Initially i was hesitant because i nave 3 other Samsungs & never had a problem. It was the best decision.
