Best protection ever! Had the Geek Squad set up my laptop & move my pics from my old laptop onto a flash drive i purchased & everything was seamless! They were nice and helpful when my TV screen went black. I tried for hours to reset it by unplugging it and waiting and plugging it back in to the power outlet. Nothing worked.

I just wanted to protect my investment. They only disappointment was contacting Best Buy back customer service, You have to purchase Best Buy 30 day price guaranteed or become a member I’ve been buying for Best Buy for over 20 years, Best Buy wouldn’t even meet me halfway on the price match over a $50 difference that I would’ve need to purchase Best Buy membership

Highly recommend it just in case anything happens, my last tv just stop working, lucky it was still under manufacture warranty

OLED televisions have gotten much better about image retention and burn in but it is still possible no matter what they tell you. Best buy service plan states in its coverage that it covers Burn in on OLED televisions and as far as I know nobody else does no matter what coverage they purchase. Televisions these days aren’t made to last no matter what brand you go with it and I’ve read tons of reviews of flagship TVs going dead with months of purchase and many just after the one year warranty expires. It cost a little extra but I feel better knowing I’m good for at least 5 years.

Never buy electronics without buying the ertra warranty. If something is going to happen to any piece of electronic equipment that you buy and you dont have the warrenty, you just wasted your money on the product
