For all my tvs over 40 inches, I always invest in a warranty. So far the warranty has been a life saver. I love the fact that Geek squad will repair tv 40 inches and over in home. They will 1st troubleshoot with you. If problem still persist. They will order parts to your home. They will come and work on tv at home. If they can't fix tv, they will offer you another tv. If tv is not available, they will upgrade you to next available one.

Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered

I normally stay away from the additional protection services on any products I purchase, but this one really saved my butt. I bought a floor model of a large screen high definition TV. Over time, I noticed thick lines on the screen and discoloration. It was most noticeable when there wasn't much action on the screen and if large areas pf solid colors were displayed. As it turned out, the LED screen was showing remnants of the demo mode screens that would run constantly in the store. The protection plan allowed me to get %100 of my purchase price back, providing it was spent at Best Buy. I ended up getting a new 55" TV.

Very convenient. Gives you piece of mind. It’s a good investment.

It was a bit rough I was passed off a few times and given someone cell phone to contact for repair/replacement.

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

This the best low budget tv you can find on the market. I definitely will want this tv in a bigger size one day.

The warranty saved me o this purchase and helped offset the cost of an upgrade later. 5 year warranty was money well spent.

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

The agents here are some of the most helpful computer folks I know. I do wish there was away to better communicating with these guys before I come to the store. If only for a brief 15-20 minutes conversation to see if problem can be resolved before bringing in and leaving with them. I have to have my computer to work and this would be of great help. Perhaps expand hours or have a virtual meetings scheduled all throughout the night. Your workers could choose for overtime or not answer and let some other person within the company say a 1000 miles away that would like the overtime. Make it easier and just ask for volunteers across the country and allow them to work out of there house for the calls that come in after hours. If that fails then I can ask my boss if I can leave it but that’s usually not the case.
