While it took several days longer to get a Geek Squad agent to my home than I would have preferred, their performance was stellar. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem clearly and discusses next steps. The following day the agent who came to home informed me that there would be a delay in obtaining the need part and arranged for a complete refund of my purchase, service contract and taxes so I could replace my Hisense TV with a new set of my chosing. In the end, I have a new TV, a new 5 year warranty and almost $100.00 in store credit left over.

This is great so if anything goes wrong, your covered and hopefully nothing will go wrong with my appliance, loving this protection plan

Glad to know my TV is protected by Geek Squad. My TV is protected for 5 years for a convenient price. Last TV was destroyed during moving not taking the same chances again.

I had to use Gerk squads protection. They made it very easy to replace the AC.

The agent were very helpful and installed the tv with no issues

I have spent a lots of money over the years. Being a customer for over 30 years plus. And i haven't had to many return merchandise. And i am going to give Best Buy 10.

For the price of $20 which is $10 a year. It’s well worth having a warranty

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!
