Geek Squad is always good to have if ever needed. I've hadn't had to use this at all. I have for 5 years. It wasn't expensive either.

5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it

Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

Haven’t had to use my Geek Squad team as of now. Love my new Samsung TV and sound bar!! Have used the squad years ago and it was as a simple easy process. Thanks Best Buy!!

I bought the coverage for a TV. When the TV wouldn't turn on it was replaced with a new one.

Other stores would offer warranty but for $100 and some change we got the 5 year warranty couldn't resist a offer like that

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.
