55” TV I purchased was 13 months old when the picture went out but there was sound, called Geek Squad and diagnosed over phone, parts shipped to my apartment and service man was here within a week. TV couldn’t be fixed and a replacement TV was ordered, all this during the Covid-19 virus. No replacement available so received a gift card for a new replacement ... Because of COVID-19 it took just over 5 weeks to get the replacement but understandable

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

This the best low budget tv you can find on the market. I definitely will want this tv in a bigger size one day.

Im an insignia fan. I actually purchased a used 65" right before I got married. Uhm 09 i figure. I bought this tv on sale last summer because the sound was going in and out on the old one. I was more than happy when I found this on massive sale!

Great for peace of mind, doesn't cover physical damage, wish there was an option for damage coverage on tvs at Best Buy

I had geek squad protection on my previous two televisions. Both TVs went out at about four years old. They could not find parts to repair either television so they simply reimburse me the full price I paid for the TV. What more could you ask for.

It was a bit rough I was passed off a few times and given someone cell phone to contact for repair/replacement.

Called them about a problem- ended up not being a technical issue, I asked him what he suggested I do, he told me and it worked. Great people to deal with

I haven’t had to use the service yet, and only felt I needed it due to the nature of OLED screens. Hopefully if the time comes I need to use it, there won’t be any additional problems.

Geek Squad services are always hassle-free, I never buy anything and don't attach a plan if its available, cause you never know. I also love I don't have to deal with a third party
