I had a 70 inch TV that failed with 30 days left in the 4 year contract. I made an appointment online at 11:30pm on a Saturday night for the following Monday morning. The tech showed up on time. He was very knowledge, courteous and friendly. He was very professional while diagnosing my TV and let me know what he was doing. In the end he explained his finding and why we were proceeding the way we were. He answered all my questions.

I thought. Regular SUHD 4K televisions were awesome from LG but i took my chance on a LG 4k OLED .Got it home hooked it up and one word AMAZING...This Tv just dont make 4k movies better it makes blu-ray and satellite and regular dvd look awesome to ... there is no compare i black levels just superb Spend the extra money and do yourself a favor buy the LG OLED 4K you will never be disappointed again after spending alot more for a tv again......

Horrible Experience

I just want to say how disappointed I am with today's experience. I am having issues with my Microsoft Mail on a computer I JUST purchased a month ago. I was convinced to purchase the GeekSquad total protection plan and so today I really needed their help. My webmail totally locked up and so I called in over two hours ago. I spoke with the first agent who told me it was locked because I needed to empty my outbox which doesn't make sense because this is a webbased mail system. I was transferred to another agent who said the same thing. Meanwhile it was EXTREMELY hard to understand them and it sounded like they were readin off a script. I obliged though because they're supposed to be the experts and it still didn't work. I called again and was transferred into a holding que waiting for an agent and was just now told there is another 1.5hr wait time for an agent. I've already been on hold for 35 minutes. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I'm so disappointed I purchased this and will be seeking a refund for this.

Poor product and protection plan

3rd JBL SB400 Soundbar with same exact issue with the subwoofer loosing wireless connection after less than a year of owning all of them. Never unplugged or messed with. They just keep failing. I sent my last one out to be assessed and its now been over 2 weeks and the facility has yet to even receive the equipment that was sent over 2 weeks ago. Im so frustrated at this point that i dont know where to go to buy a good $600 soundbar subwoofer setup that will actually last. I refuse to not get protection plans for this reason and i dont think its right to wait over 2 weeks and counting for a replacement or even a word on whats going on. I am having a big sports party coming up and bought a good quality system for my parties specifically. Extremely frustrating and im definitely looking for a better place to buy quality equipment with better protection plans. The customer service is really dropping dramatically.

Hello Rgoldbach83 – I apologize for the delay in your repair. It generally takes much less than two weeks for a product to reach the service center, so this is out of the ordinary. If the product still hasn’t been repaired by the time the estimated return date on your service order arrived, I encourage toy to reach out to the store where you sent it out for assistance.
