I brought this because I saved a lot on the price for the Pioneer Receiver. Have not used the Geek Squad yet and hopefully I wont need to....but it is good knowing I have it .....JUST IN CASE!

I paid $200.00 for Geek Sqad support for an 1800 Denon receiver. When I needed support all I received was various hold Q's What a waste of money. Very disappointed.

Great almost all of the time!

I have only had my Geek Squad protection not help me out with a busted TV, but it was my ex-wife's anyway, so whatever. LOL Otherwise, I have bought it for all of my expensive home theater products and used it every time and they have either fixed or replaced my product. It takes a little while sometimes once you take your product in to be checked out, but all in all it is worth it and I haven't been let down by Geek Squad protection!

Geek Squad protection plan was a waste of my money of this product. They wouldn't covering my remote, power cord, and antenna
