Recently had to contact them to fix an item i bought and their service has been great so far.

I have yet to try out this program as I have not had to put in a claim. However I purchased this because of the past unreliability of the dehumidifier it seems like a reasonable trade-off for the money

Very reasonable extended warranty for a good Dehumidifier. I have not had the need to utilize it yet so I can not review the actual warranty. I do believe it will not be an issue however if it is I certainly will state it

Hot the extended warranty for a GE dehumidifier. Wish the warranty didn't kick in til after the manufacturer's.

These plans have always worked well for me. When I do need to use the Geek Squad for product issues, I have always had positive resolve.

Geek Squad did a fine job of bringing the product to our car, waiting outside the store. Nothing else was needed.

Would recommend for everyone. Best Buy makes the warranty process so easy and smoothly unlike others where you have to job through hoops.

I just wanted a little extra warranty in case I may need it. Hopefully It won't need to be used

Never need to use it but know that it is covered with extra year of protection.

I only buy the protection plans for select items. For dehumidifiers its a must.

Pricey for the coverage. It includes manufacturer warranty

But the store plan or manufacture plan. The basket hinges and floates break after repeated removal.

No matter what the cost, always get the extended protection plan it pays for itself if you use it

It is important to get your electronics covered by warranty. You just never know what may happen

Haven't had much success with there warranties but they say that was a one time thing
