Need to help your high price warranty. I say it useful to get on items over $150. Saves you from stuff breaking after a year. I get one if look to help you in the future!

I love our microwave we can heat up wat ever we need and if we want to be lazzy we can air fry some wings and have that nice crisp for football sundays

We always get protection on all of our best buy items which has been such a god send! We love you Best Buy keep doing what you’re doing! there protection policy’s are the best! Will never get one from any other store other than Best Buy! That’s a fact!

Very impressive. The Sharp microwave is so quiet, you have to look at it to see if it is running. The controls are easy to maneuver around. I also like the presets. It's also easy to clean.

Repair abd replacement service is grest if you would ever need to use it

It is a good service if you’re not too good at technology stuff.

Purchased Geek Squad protection for my microwave. Although I don’t think I will need it, all electronic appliances are not built like they use to. It’s cheap insurance in the event of breakage right after the warranty expires and I like the fact that Best Buy will be the one who will come out and fix or replace it.

I have always purchased geek squad protection plan for big items like tv or microwaves. Its a plus that they offee because for tv if you get pixel issues, they will fix or replace and i get for microwave and to surprise i get to use it before few months of geek squad expiration when my microwave had some button issues.

Haven’t had to use and hopefully won’t. But peace of mind especially considering products seem to have less longevity.

If you have a great Best buy location with a great management team you are all set if you have one of these payment plans. No need to send it in in most cases, you bring it back and they let you grab a new one after they give you a gift card. I got my microwave for a little cheaper price and the manager helped me out when I found a new microwave. Most of the locations have solid customer service.

They sell you a huge amount of support but later on when we actually needed the repairs, they really drop the ball, on purpose it seems. First you realize their “__” years warranty is counting the first year, but they don’t actually warranty the device. They leave it up to the original manufacturer warranty. So that was deception to me, borderline fraud. Why tell me we bought 4 year warranty then defer the entire first year to the manufacturer. That’s a 3 year warranty you are offering, I already paid for that first year. So deceptive! Good gracious. Gimmick gimmicky goo. Then, told me policies changed and things are different now, so I have to wait 2 weeks for repairs. Then it’s still broke. Then they offer store credit less, but no refund on the tax and less the cost of the warranty. And no store credit for 30 days, so have to go without the appliance for a month. So get ready to eat about 30% of your investment on their changed policies.(we are eating over $160 on this warranty bamboozle) So watch them on their fine print. BB has become quite the gimmick in the last two years. Their warranty is worst in the market imo. Other box stores don’t gimmick you for about the same cost, and offer more perks. This warranty and their gimmicky “free install” has sent me back to other box store for all future appliance purchases.
