The vacuum worked well until the children were allowed to use it. We took the vacuum to a Best Buy location different from the original purchase store & the sales rep gave us not one hassle. She looked up the info on the computer & told us the min price range based on the original purchase & directed us towards a new vacuum. When we found a replacement she did a quick exchange & all was well. Had to purchase another warranty for the newest vacuum - didn't know that the prev warranty became void once you used it. Enjoyed the easy return process.

I love geek squad protection plan as it helps you feel safe if any thing wrong with the product. They take care of everything and provide very good support and peace in mind. Way 2 Go.

I took that protection because It's cheaper way to repair electronics otherwise your product is waste if any problem occurs
