    To start, I have used the GSP previously and it worked as advertised, however, on this most recent occasion, it could not have underperformed worse. This year has been very difficult for nearly everyone, that's the preface. My family however is one of those rare groups who have contracted COVID TWICE this year. With that said, I tried to use my GSP two weeks after the expired date. I was assured at various points, e.g. in-store, via phone & via email, that some latitude could be afforded. After two days of dropped calls on the BestBuy representative's end and countless transfers, my problem is still unresolved. I honestly do not know what, if any, steps BestBuy plans on taking to help resolve this issue, but currently I cannot recommend this service for the additional price paid. I would add the photos of my COVID results, but I don't believe that is exactly what this request for photos is looking for.
