Like insurance, it may at first seem to be pricy, however, it is SO VERY worth while if and when you have problems. All of the benefits that it offers are great. I saved a bundle with it when I had my computer crashed. They did a great job in explaining the problem, repair options, and doing the final software updates after the work was done. There was no pressure or rush with any of the processes. It gives me peace of mind having it, for any future problems.

I changed two bed rooms into a media room and the geek squad walked me through everything from picking out a TV to the right size speakers for the room to putting TV on the wall and all surround sound and this was 10 years ago never had to call them back for anything they did so when I purchase anything from the geek squad I get there protection because I know they can be trusted.

You don't have to mail anything off, just head to town if something glitches . Mostly I just got the additional warranty because I wanted the peace of mind in case I got one of the items that will inevitably break down after the regular warranty period.

Geek squad did it again. The merchandise that I had. I took it up there. They took care of it. So if you ever buy merchandise go get that geek squad warranty. They going to take care of you. They number one

I have always been very happy with the Geek Squad service! I love the warranty that I always purchase from them on everything I buy from Best Buy! I have found that the warranty pays for itself with all the discounts that you get from having it including discounts on extended warranties. The teams are always so polite and timely and professional! Infact I have purchased two smart TVs in the last month and they did an excellent job with both!

I'm glad I got this protection for my DVD player and the cable, in case something bad happens. I'm happy with the coverage, and I look forward to using it in the future (which hopefully won't be anytime soon!).

I love Geek Squad service and protection plan(s). I buy it yearly and won't be without it. They help me with all my devices...apple watch, apple phone, mac computer laptop, hp desktop computer. They are always friendly, patient, full of knowledge and information. You also get discounts when you buy other things at Best Buy if you are a Geek Squad Member.

Had a problem with a TV that was just 4 years old and with my Geek Squad protection plan on it I was able to get help and solve my problem. With the price one pays for high end electronics it’s best to get that extra protection. I mean like you buy car insurance and homeowner insurance so why not extra coverage to help when you need it.

With so many electronics, it made sense to me to buy the 2-year standard Geek Squad Protection. I bought it to fix a pesky problem with my MacBook Pro. They fixed it. Subsequently, I had the GeekSquad service my HP Laptop (bought from HP). Both my computers work better than ever. Highly recommended.

I bought this with a Sony 4k Blu Ray plyer because of the number of people reporting freezse ups during playback. Having Geek Squad repair or replacement available is worht the price

I've had a membership for several years now and found it well worth the price. I love the remote service for my computer when having a software issue. The tech support is top notch and have always solved my problem without having to bring the computer in for service. I've always been up & running within a couple of hours at the most; usually fixed in under an hour.

Having purchased the extended warranty for my blue ray player. I brought it in for repair when it stopped operating. The associate working that day happily accepted the device and sent it out for repair. When I got the device back it still wasn't operating properly. I brought the device back and was given a refund. I appreciate the ease of the transaction.

I vhave not had an opertunity to use there help yet. Thats good but they are there when i need them. It was a very easy dvd player to install pluged power cord installed hdmi cord to tv, blue ray player and neo qled tv did the rest.

It was a well worth deal to get for just $20-25. The associate was very insightful and helpful by pointing out that theris no point of getting a more expensive one with features like built-in Wi-Fi and streaming services that I won't even be able to use because all of the smart tv's well have that as well. And I really appreciated that input. So I decided to buy it and the protection plan.

Any electronic needs the geek squad warranty...it will be replaced, no questions, with the same or better model. Just keep proof of warranty and you are set!!

I have started using geek squad more and more often as they are most helpful If somethings not quite working the way it should be could be a little fix could be something major either way they take care of it as quickly as possible Even though I do a lot of streaming I also rent movies so it’s worth it for me to have a Blu-ray player

Best Extended Warranty on the market today. Cannot beat the Geek Squad Warranty. Peace of mind to have it, for all my purchases. Had to call for a small repair, they sent a geek squad agent out the very next day! Very Fast Service!
