I purchased a new computer and the Geek Squad were very helpful in getting it setup and installing new programs on it. The Geek Squad helped me configure the startup and shut down process.

Easy to connect with my Insignia 4K TV and as I tested it, it is working well even with the regular DVDs. Great investment and would definitely recommend this product to others.

Wow is all i have to say . They went beyond my expectations

I always try to take advantage of the Geek Squad product replacement plan. I like being able to return an item if it goes bad without the hassle of shiping it off to someplace . Over the years I had to replace several products after they had gone bad and it was no problem to go into the nearest best buy and at times get the next generation of a product out if the model that I was using was no longer availble. So yes for me paying a few extra dollars was worth it. The only time that I might not pay for the extra protection is when the coverage that I am trying to get is close to a hundred dollars for the item, such as some tablets that I have bought, however that might depend on the item because I got coverage on a washing machine and a dryer at one time and although I may not have to ever use it at least I know that I am covered and for me that makes it worth the peace of mind that I will get. So in conclusion you have to way the risk that you are willing to take and for me it has worked out well over the years and I have no complaints.

I don't always go with a service plan, but on some items it's a no brainier. Over the many years I have absolutely no issues with Geek Squad service (though I haven't had to use it that often). Recommended - especially for the price.

Have had this geek squad protection for years. Have not had to use them much, thankfully, but when I needed their help on something, they were not only helpful but happy to do so. I am somewhat computer savy in a more than average way for people my age, but nothing special or technical. I just understand the jargon and know what a giga byte is. LOL> That being said,when I can't explain what I don't understand on my computer with a problem I need help with, Geek Squad to the rescue. Very worth having them on board and a lot less expensive than some other computer tech help there. Thankful they are there for me.
