With the ever increasing cost of items and their repair coupled with lousy build quality from places like china a service warranty often makes sense. I have had positive experiences with BB and their warranties.

Hopefully I don't need it but I wanted to answer a question from my last review. Someone had asked why Best Buy didn't offer a protection plan on subwoofers and speakers. I purchased a geek squad 4 year protection plan for my Klipsch subwoofer for an extra $30.

Geek Squad show me how to work my Bluetooth Soundbar which I couldn't figure it out but they showed me how to do it so I would recommend them even as far as something simple as fixing a soundbar without his new modern technology that's going on right now

Really good deal I run into trouble calibrating media room speakers and their tech came to my house and solved the issue also I had some trouble with my laptop and their techs fix problem with ease. Well worth it, it pay for itself

They fix my product right the first time and the price was very reasonable.

I bought this hoping that i will never have to use it. But its nice peace of mind knowing that i can just go to my local Best Buy and not have to deal with the manufacturer.

I actually used the Apple Care 3 year protection plan I purchased with this computer. I could have used Geek Squad, but i had a bunch of things I needed done to complete the setup. I love the Geek Squad, but Apple was the place to go this time!

SVS has you covered here. Best Buy has some great warranty services. BUT for the SVS brand name. SVS is all you will need. I cancelled this warranty 3 months after purchase and got a near full refund. Thank you Best Buy.

The Geek Squad Total Tech Support is well worth the cost. They installed my 75" wall mounted TV and provided great advice and support. Also support any other tech equipment that you own. Hard to beat that service.

So far the exchange process has been very easy. So glad i purchased.

I got the two year protection plan in case anything happens with my purchase. Getting a protection plan is very important to your purchases and can save you heart ache if something happens.

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

Seemed like a good value to protect my investment. Purchased 2 new subwoofers at less than half retail price, so it made it an easy decision for the 4 years of extended coverage added on. Very reasonable.

Geek squad is awesome! When you need support for products the are the go to!

I have purchased these protection plans before. It's probably a good idea on a substantial purchase as the manufacturer warranties are getting worse and worse. I Hope I dont have to use the plan.

haven't use it yet for my speakers, but its good investment to have a piece of mind . geek squad has given me great experiences in the past. a must especially for expensive purchases.
