    They don't do much at all I ask for help and anything or everything I ask for help with they don't do worthless

    this is a bit of a sham, the 2 year protection runs concurrent with the warranty that comes with your idem so your really only getting a extra year

    Constantly disconnecting from wifi and resetting. The part that’s frustrating is that the quality of the sound is great and the apps it offers is also good, but the CONSTANT disconnecting is frustrating. On the verge of trading it in.

    Tech issues and connectivity

    Had issues with this connecting and the advertised ‘better WiFi connectivity’ didn’t work any better than my older Roku from before. Now I need to get it fixed.

    No body hooked it up for me or showed how it was to be used and help. I hope someone contacts me so I feel like I just didn’t waste my money on it

    With the price of apple tvs dropping, we probably should not have purchased this additional coverage. Not convinced we need it.

    This does not stream Windows Store Games in HDR

    I bought this to use Nvidia Gamestream from my PC. This does not stream Windows Store UWA Games in HDR. I decided to use an HDMI of ethernet option instead.
