Did not mount or do anything regarding putting up my fire stick

Service was scheduled timely and the installation was good

Glad I purchased this. Was a bit of a hassle to use. I understand not wanting this to be a 1-click and done type item, but wow was this overly complicated with the back and forth with customer support and then using the credit when a replacement was not available.

Well, I only connected it. I haven’t really had a chance to use it so I can’t give it an excellent but so far so good.

The agents mounted the tv an set it up well.Did a good job.

The geek squad is always helpful. I have them for most if not all of my best buy purchases.

I recently cut the cable cord and wanted to invest in a streaming device. I have a FireTV but wanted something more future proof, with HDR. The Shield is a good device, you can tell there is a lot of power behind it. All apps have nice interfaces and the device is responsive and quick. The remote is similar to the FireTV and works well. The game controller feels nice too. Overall this is a nice device with some extra features like HDR and the ability to stream games. The reason I only gave this 4 starts is because there is no native resolution mode. Everything from the Shield is outputted in 4K. You can change the resolution to 1080p but then you can't watch 4K. The upscaler seems to need a bit of work and 1080p content upscaled to 4K looks a little blurry and colors are a little washed out. Not a total deal breaker, but a native resolution mode would be nice.

Haven’t yet had to use this hope I don’t ever have too. The cost to have a peace of mind is not expensive for the extra years of protection.

Good product and pretty durable until the blades start to damage the inside of the blender.

I have had the geek squad for several years. They do an excellent job for the computers. However, they are working on training of some people which are trying I guess, but for the most part too well when using for TVs different opinion. They want to come to your house but that's not why you called them you called for answers of problems not scheduling an appointment at your home. That issue needs to be looked into

I recommend the Geek Squad because I had a problem with a previous item and called them and I received a quick resolution to the problem.

Great device love Alexa and the Geek Squad warranty is better than Amazons.

I purchased an extended warranty for nothing more than peace of mind that my Roku Stick will keep working for at least three years. It was worth the price to me.

Price is a bit high sometimes for coverage, but if something goes wrong with your product, it is absolutely worth it. They have replaced multiple electronics of mine over the years, and the employees (Lafayette, IN) are always great to work with in getting issues resolved.
