    The agent was nice and polite when he was telling me about drilling a hole in my brand new wall he said could go in the crawl space and drill a hole on the floor .. he did a great job cleaned up everything and installed the tv

    I purchased a warranty for my speakers and I do quite enjoy the speakers and I do quite enjoy knowing I have a warranty covering those speakers as well if they happened to get struck by lightning.
