Best insurance for all electronics. You can renew and keep track of all your items on the app. I find this a great piece of mind and love that it's offered with all my high end tech.

I have had to use it on a few electronics that I have purchased in the past. This secures my investment and when needed the employees are always great to help get my item working or they have replaced the item for me.

So far no issues have occurred with the AC unit I purchased it is comfortable and reassuring knowing that there is a two year warranty on the product.

It’s okay. I have not needed to use it but I do think the warranty should be longer for larger appliances such as portable ac.

Purchased to protect the AC unit I purchased. Have not had any issues to date so can't say how it works but have peace of mind if have a issue with AC unit

The installers were not very impressive. Years ago, I had Best Buy install an expensive TV and stereo. One of the stereo components did not work and they refused to go to a nearby Best Buy and exchange it. They said I would have to schedule another installation. I was very busy and when I called to reschedule they said I waited too long and they refused any exchange or refund.

They have anyqays been pretty helpful. And come out in a timely manner.

I always get the Geek Squad protection. Used their service on my tv and had no problem with them coming out and fixing it.
