Geek squad support is fantastic and a great service to add with any products purchased at best buy. It by far beats out any warranty/support services offered by other companies.

We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

Once original warranty expires then your investment is wasted. With Geek Squad Protection it is easy to return what you purchased and get your original investment minus the Geek Squad Protection cost. Highly recommended

I always pay more to buy these geek squad warranties. I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

Great added protection for a dehumidifier! Those tend to go bad after two years. Have had in the past and saved a bunch on getting a replacement without a hassle.

The dehumidifier has been working great. Quiet and easy to use features. I drain it right to my sump. Basement very comfortable. I suggest getting a warranty as these items, no matter what, tend to quit after 3 years.

Like automotive insurance, you never know when you'll need it. We bought ahead 4 years figuring that would be the approximate operational life of the appliance, which would be expensive to replace if it died early. A good investment.

I’ve learned that dehumidifiers can be troublesome and can fail just outside the warranty period. Highly recommend getting coverage. Best Buy makes it easy to get help and replacement if needed.

I haven't used it yet but bought it for my peace of mind, after the previous appliance failed just after one year. Fortunately the failed one also had this protection plan so I could exchange it for a new machine. Of course I would buy the plan again for my new machine!
