Geek squad service is one of the best values for the money with warranty and service.

I got this for my wife's Infinity QX56. It's kinda cold this time of year and not having remote start just sucks. Item is perfect for what we needed it for and highly recommend.

Wouldnt buy with out a warranty just in case something goes wrong

Love the alarm they unstalled on my 2003 mjstangg gt. Keeps it safe and the remote start works awesome.

Went to Deptford New Jersey today for an auto install for an auto starter kit. They were wonderful. Efficient polite and patient. When I say they were efficient I want to refer to the fact that they noticed I had purchased a protection plan that was completely unnecessary with this model automobile auto start kit. What I want to know is why was it suggested to me if it’s unnecessary because of the company coverage already in place? The man in Deptford New Jersey refunded the money

The automotive stereo installation department went out of there way to make sure I recieved the proper parts for my stereo installation. Since the store clerk ordered all the wrong parts delaying me over a month on my installation. If it wasnt for the hard work ion your stereo department I would never shop at best buy again and I spend thousands of dollars there each year.

Best investment ever! They came in and unboxed our new TV and got it on our wall using the Mounting hardware around an hour later, had all the cables connected including our new surround sound bar and rear speaker equipment and was playing a 4K-UHD video! I feel like this would have taken me a day to get it right. I'm using Geek squad to get all my computers (5) back on line, all with the same flat-rate, yearly contract. Best Investment ever!

My dash cam died and I got a refund with my geek squad protection.

Our our Geek squad service Tech was not only did a great job, he was professional and explained in detail what we bought and it's function. He aslo compared it to other types of electronice available to .ake sure my purchase is everything I wanted.

Totally worth it, especially for higher priced items which get used almost daily. If you're getting a dash camera, GoPro or any other camera, GET THIS EXTENDED COVERAGE, as it can really be a good insurance policy, just in case anything happens to your item. Not really needed for media such as video games, movies, music or static items such as furniture (TV stands, etc), as those items don't really break due to constant usage.

I gotta say I’m happy there’s an option like this where for 4 years my system is cover I’m super happy not a fan of manufacturers warranty as they make it complicated to get service in some cases now I just deal with Best Buy straight up.

I purchased the Viper Remote Start for my husband for Christmas with installation from the Geek Squad. At first he was very concerned that the Geek Squad wouldn't be able to put a delay start on his 2014 Chevy Silverado Durmax Diesel 2500. However, the Geek Squad was able to put a delay on the start and the system works incredibly well. My husband wishes he did this when he first purchased the truck!

Geek Squad at the Flowood, MS store has been phenomenal. They do what's necessary to find, fix/solve the problem. On some occasions, they have had to mail off an item to the service center, but they have always been courteous, kind, and efficient. My most recent visit was no exception. I had a faulty cellphone and they were exceedingly kind and took care of me in a timely fashion.

Definitely worth the buy. had my stuff replaced for free with no issues.

Geek Squad so far has installed 2 of 3 Vantop Rear view mirror dash cam/rearview camera quickly & professionally!!!! Appointment time was made & vehicle was in promptly driven into install bay in timely fashion. Both cars' install looks like OEM!!!! Looking forward to the install of our soon to be made 65" tv purchase!!!!

This is a good product that works well and I had no issues with it. I recommend it to anyone that is looking to have something like this installed on their vehicle.
