Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.

Cool that is included. Honestly is helpful because not many Apple stores are nearby but sometimes I feel like I should just go to Apple instead. Also, some interactions I’ve had previously with the TV not the greatest customer service.

Closes TV to an OLED I've seen, just got to mess around with some of the setting to get the highlights and darks balanced out and you will be blown away with the how deep the contrast and colors are. This TV replaces my 2017 65" LG OLED in the living room that's how good this TCL is.

Geek Squad was FANTASTIC. My former ipad battery would not hold a charge so took it in for new battery but they ended up giving me a refurbished ipad, same model for $450+. Said wait time would be 8-10 days. I got a call day after so was very surprised and happy. THANKS GEEK SQUAD

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

The floor sales person was highly helpful by showing what was on sale that i was able to afford the 60" tv.

I think it is a really good product. I had an issue with a Sony TV and fortunately I had the five-year protection plan through Best Buy and they warranty the TV out for me.

Normally have had Samsungs for picture quality, or Vizio for long-life and durability but both no longer offered as much "bang for the buck" as this TCL QLED Fire TV did. I was a little concerned the low price would mean compromise, but it didn't. The picture quality is exceptional. (As great as other high-priced TVs? No. But noticeable difference? No.) I enjoy pleasant visuals for all types of viewing and viewing conditions. It has more ports/useful ports than the competitors. (And this model still has the FireTV OS which is what I wanted for my home network.) And the other nice thing is that I did NOT NEED to purchase a sound bar. I'll admit, my living room is not spacious. If it was, I would consider adding a nice sound system. But the Dolby ATMOS audio is more than sufficient for movies, music, and everyday viewing. I've had the TV for 2 months and am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to try a TCL.

The TV isn't bad at all. I've had it since 2018. The only issue is the top of the TV is now separating at the top seam. Not sure why though but it's outside of my 5 year warranty.

Good value and I hope I never have to use it but , there is peace of mind knowing if something happens they will take care of it.

I've never used the Geek Squad I'm guessing they know what they're doing and they're probably pretty cool

Our faithful tv screen went out and did not come back on. I chatted and called the protection plan and since the item was not able to be repaired it was refunded. The service is worth it completely!

Love this tv as it has a bright and colorful display with deep blacks given it’s an OLED. Supports for PS5 was a must and this was a solid choice. Alexa doesn't turn on/off the tv however. Does work with smart cameras. If only Best Buy and Geek Squad had sent a notification email about the 60 day extended warranty limit from the day the Warentee I purchased ran out I would be stuck without any Warentee on this investment.
