I always buy the geek squad warranty because you never know when something might happen and if it does, you have that warranty.

20 bucks for 4 years of protection is well spent money. I was told that in that 4 year period if my blue ray player malfunctions for any reason I simply bring it back and exchange it for a new one. Very cool!

Can't beat this protection plan. Awesome price. For the piece of mind alone, it's worth it to me. Never had any trouble when using the protection plan on previous products I purchased.

When I buy something at Best Buy I get the geek squad coverage and it has paid off several times. It usually saves me money in the long run.

I am a advocate for Geek Squad Protection because it make sense to protect the item you paid for. If it is more cost effective to the store they will replace the item with a current model.

I haven't needed to use this service yet (I guess this is a good thing) but Best Buy gave me a great deal for 5 year protection

I always get geeksquad protection on my purchases, it has saved me many times on products I would have had to pay large amount to have replaced or serviced if I hadnt had the coverage on them

I cannot give this an accurate review as it have not yet installed this item. However, the item is exactly as indicated in the picture.

I havent had to use it yet but if I do I know they will take care of me and fix whatever the problem may be in a timely manner.

Geek Squad has always been there for us whenever we've had a problem with any & all of our tech issues from computers to TVs.

On my high end home theater stuff i always get this protection. I dont like my stuff breaking down but its a reality that it can sometimes. This ensures my stuff is covered.

Just purchased warranty, so whether it's ultimately worth it remains to be seen. If it's broke, and they'll replace the item immediately or refund my money, then it's worth it.

I have not had to use them recently but they have always been very friendly and helpful when I have used them. They have always stood behind their warranties.

I have had excellent experience with these guys. I highly recommend getting protection for everything.

This is my third BluRay player in as many years. For some reason they keep going south. So this time I bought a 4 year protection plan. This means - of course - that this new player will work perfectly until the technology goes obsolete. Lol! But if it doesn't, I'm covered.
