My tv was acting up and thank God we got the extended warranty. Geek squad came through and did a good job at taking care of it.

I've had this since June and I'm happy with the purchase. Only complaint I have is sometimes it seems to freeze up. But that's a small annoyance to the overall satisfaction of it.

Geek Squad always able to answer question. In hone availability frozen since virus but would support you over the phone too!

Believe me when I say that for some items.. most items this is very necessary! It’s worth every penny to have peace of mind!

Anything I buy has to have a protection plan and for a dvd player I figured noting significant should happen to it so I just got the regular 2- year protection plan to be safe.

Even though I count on my product not needing servicing because of the upfront quality, life happens and I know that Best Buy Geek Squad Protection can handle it.

4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, better safe than sorry. I don't trust other warranty from online websites. I had a bad experience from 2 of them.

I always had GeekSquad Protection as they take car for any damages. I had issue with my old DVD and they simply swaper for a new one with out questions.
