We would never purchase a product without the geek squad coverage. The people we have had out to the house for the repairs we have had to have are so friendly personanable and enjoy talking to each one

I don't care what you buy from best buy, if you don't purchase the warranty protection for it, it'll be a huge mistake. They cover your purchase from almost anything you can think of. It's a must.

At the time of purchase you may think it's a waste of money to get the protection but I will tell you that it would be a big mistake not to. Electronics fail everyday so I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Best Buys warrantee protection is by far the best investment for Electronics purchases. I've never had a problem with a product return or a large purchase home visit. Absolutely worth the money!

20 bucks for 4 years of protection is well spent money. I was told that in that 4 year period if my blue ray player malfunctions for any reason I simply bring it back and exchange it for a new one. Very cool!
